Something for you to think about

Life is something no one should miss. Take time to notice your surroundings, and take time to thank your lucky stars. You may think your life sucks, well think of those that have less than you. Think of those that don't have a warm bed, have no food, and have no parents. Next time when you say you're starving, think, are you really starving? Being in a country where you can speak up, where you don't have to worry if you are still going to be alive tomorrow, where you have many apportunities, is a good life.

I want to you not to feel sorry for those that have less than you, I want you to care about them, and think about them. Sure they might not have more than me or you, but that doesn't mean that they will be sad. They might not have a mommy or a daddy but they have hope. They have faith. Believing that something better will come along and give them more than they ever imagined they can have. Those hopes do get filled. Do you know when? When people go throught their clothes and instead of throwing them out, they give their clothes to them. Instead of just watching TV for the summer, those people go and help out. They go to soup kitchens and help out. They give to charities. They volunteer their time, not because they need the hours to graduate, but because it will make them feel good. That's a better life. Knowing that you are making a difference. Don't be ignorant, don't be selfish, and don't be mad. I didn't do this to point out flaws, I did it because it needs to be done. If I don't do it, and you don't do it then who will?

Ending thought: Take time to enjoy your world, your life, and your destiny.

SOCSA Picnic(South Orange County School of the Arts)

It started at 2 and finished at like 6. But my mom just HAD to get involved so she was the assistant treasurer, so we had to go early, and leave late. The bad thing was that they picnic was on Sunday and i hadn't done my homework so that kinda sucked, but I don't regret it. It was the best day ever! We had like 100 people there and those 100 people all brought food(we were required). We played British Bulldog(it's where there is one person that tries to tackle people down, and then when he tackled the person down, that person also became the bulldog, and so on.) I had so much fun getting tackled. I had like 8 people trying to pin me down, I was elboing them, and trying to kick them. It was funny. Then I like met alot of people that were awesome! Then in the end we played Duck Duck Goose. When I was tagged I was like "duck, duck, duck, duck, Duck!" and started running. People were laughing so hard, and I realised that I said duck very loud as if I was saying goose. They kept calling me the duck girl. lol So in the end I started my homework at like 10:00pm, and didn't finish till like 12:30 am.

Summer Work Happy Hour

So, today at third period we got our summer work back. I only did 2 chapters out of three and I didn't do the reports on 9 movies, so I was kinda embarresed. But when I got my chapter work back, imagine my surprise when I got full points for all three chapter not two like I did. Whoo!! Then Mrs.Fenstermaker tells us(and was like looking right at me the whole time) that if we didn't do the movies we can turn in the reports by the first semester for FULL points!! haha I was soo happy, so I told my best friend Chels(who worked her ass off doing the work) the news and she was like "Not Fair!" I mean hey it's not my fault that my laziness payed off. Although I was waiting till the last minute(week before) and I totally got sick so I couldn't do the work.

First Day of School

My first day of school was last wednesday so I may forget some stuff. So for zero period I have Geometry with Mr.Owens, and OMG he is like out of breath after each sentence. Then for 1st period I had English 2 Acc. with Mr.Roh, but it turned out that he quit like two days before school started so I had nowhere to go. So I went from class to class to find my new English teacher. It was so annoying. Then for 3rd period AP Euro His. I had Mrs.Fenstermaker, and had none of my friends in that period(they were all in 6th period). I really dreaded going to Euro because I didn't finish my summer work, which if you ask me is bunch of crap, but whatever. Then at 2nd period I had Chemistry with Mrs.Monson(whom I had last year) and she spent the whole class telling us to be scared because the class is evil, and is really hard. lol Then for 4th period I had Stagecraft with Mr.Riggs(he taught Melinda Clarke from OC), and that class was kind of like a social hour, so that was fun. Then in 5th period I had Adv Drama with Mrs.Sexton(who got married like a month ago and kep her name for proffesional reasons) and that class rocked too cuz I knew everybody in that class, but like 2 or 3 people, because we had her last year. Then in 6th period I had French 2 with Mrs.Macy, and let me tell you she is the weirdest teacher in the "weird teacher history", I swear. I had her last year so I knew what to expect from her, so that wasn't scary, but she did freak me out last year.

Back-to-School Dance

The dance was really fun! I asked a guy to dance with me, but he was drinking water so he said he would dance with me later. So, a dance later I was dancing with my friends and I felt a hand on my shoulder then I heard a voice that said "Would you like to dance with me?", I whirled around and it was him! Of course I said yes, and it I had a great time!
